Carl and I are pleased to be associates of Beach City Brokers, one of the few remaining independent brokerages in Southern California. We have been selling homes since 1991. I began my real estate career in 1991 and Carl joined me in 1994. We sell homes primarily in the South Bay; however, since we are licensed by the State of California, we can sell real estate anywhere in California. We have represented clients in the greater Los Angeles area and Orange, Riverside, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Tulare, and San Luis Obispo Counties. We handle both residential and commercial transactions.
Our goal is simple: to provide such excellent service that you will gladly refer us to your family and friends. We oversee all aspects of a sale from marketing to negotiating to paperwork to coordinating with escrow companies and lenders. Over the years, many of our clients have referred their family and friends to us and have purchased and sold multiple properties through us.
